Manage the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Supervise daily construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, maintain effective communication with clients, and proactively resolve issues to ensure compliance with design expectations and safety requirements.

They have a strong presence across major Texas markets, delivering projects in high-growth areas while emphasizing efficiency, value creation, and strong relationships with clients and investors.

Description

  • Maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee budget performance by monitoring costs and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors to deliver work that meets quality expectations.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, providing consistent updates and promptly addressing any concerns.

Profile

  • Demonstrated experience managing multifamily construction projects, with in-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to effectively oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate challenges and keep projects on track.
  • Background in multifamily development processes
