Client Details
A boutique general contractor specializing in luxury retail interiors, delivering ~12 high-end projects annually ranging from $1M-$10M. The business operates fully remotely with a strong repeat client base and active projects across Florida and the Southeast.
Description
- Manage luxury retail interior projects from precon through completion
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders
- Travel to project sites (typically every 2-3 weeks or as needed)
- Work directly with leadership to ensure successful delivery
- Assist with estimating as needed
Profile
- 2-5 years' experience in commercial construction
- Background in luxury retail or high-end interiors preferred
- Self-starter able to work independently in a remote setup
- Proficient with Procore and Bluebeam
Job Offer
- $80,000 - $120,000 base salary
- Fully remote + travel covered (per diem, AMEX, accommodations)

Desired Skills and Experience
