Position Description

We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Project Manager to join our team to support a redesign of our client's loyalty app. This role is pivotal in harmonizing three complex workstreams, each led by different project owners. You will serve as the central point of integration—ensuring dependencies are identified, risks are mitigated, and the overarching vision is communicated with clarity and impact.

You will act as a strategic partner to project owners and leadership by providing a unified project view, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and accelerating execution through disciplined planning and clear, executive-ready communication.

This position is located in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid working environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a single, integrated view of the Redesign initiative—bringing together three distinct workstreams into one cohesive roadmap (milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks).
  • Partner with workstream leads to ensure tactical execution remains aligned to long-term vision and organizational goals; proactively identify and manage cross-functional dependencies to support seamless delivery.
  • Anticipate downstream impacts of project decisions and offer creative solutions and alternatives to help leaders navigate complex roadblocks.
  • Lead synchronization meetings; set focused agendas, drive decisions, and ensure action items are tracked to completion.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all workstreams and deliver integrated status updates and progress reports.
  • Synthesize inputs across workstreams to identify overarching themes, emerging risks, and untapped opportunities; act as a strategic sounding board for project owners and leaders.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy—identifying key partners across the organization and tailoring communication to their needs.
  • Establish structured channels for stakeholder feedback to keep the initiative responsive to organizational needs and user insights.
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses using designated tracker tools.
  • Maintain a highly organized digital filing system (OneDrive/Teams) so project materials are accessible, version-controlled, and easy to navigate.
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks early, partnering closely with the partner Project Manager and workstream owners to keep the initiative on schedule.
  • Translate vision, data, research findings, and project milestones into compelling visual narratives, including high-quality presentations.
  • Design and produce executive-ready visual updates that simplify complex ideas and enable decisions.
  • Ensure project documentation and internal communications are clear, concise, and visually engaging while aligned to the project's strategic vision.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand how changes in one workstream impact the broader program.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Previous experience with App Design/Re-design projects highly preferred.
  • Proven project management skills; highly organized, strong facilitator, and effective at driving milestones, timelines, and dependencies across stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, align, and influence multiple cross-functional partners and project owners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run productive meetings, document decisions, and deliver clear status reporting.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong visual design judgment to create executive-ready updates and presentations.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving requirements while maintaining momentum and accountability.
