Job Description
- Lead ground up construction projects from start to finish-budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and closeout.
- Be the go-to contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while driving on-site quality and safety.
- Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using top-tier project management tools to keep everything on track.
- Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction, ensure compliance, and champion continuous improvement.
- Run projects ranging from $5M-$20M, occasionally $20M+, within a pipeline exceeding $500M+.

The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up and renovation work across multiple sectors including K-12 and Commercial
- Proven ability to run projects valued at $5M-$20M while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
- Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
