What you’d be doing

• Running heavy civil projects from planning through closeout
• Coordinating schedule, budget, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Managing scopes that include roadway, site development, and underground utilities
• Tracking progress, surfacing risks early, and communicating updates to leadership
• Supporting multiple projects depending on workload and complexity
• Keeping projects aligned with safety, quality, and delivery expectations

Must-haves

• Experience in heavy civil construction
• Working knowledge of roadway construction
• Hands-on exposure to site development
• Familiarity with underground utility construction (water/sewer/storm/power conduit, etc.)
