Title : Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location : Franklin, TN (Nashville Area)

We're partnering with a well-established general contractor with 50+ years of success, 4,000+ completed projects across 30+ states, and an impressive 90% repeat-client rate.

What You'll Do:

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion

• Manage schedules, procurement, subcontractors, budgets, and change orders

• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure project success

• Drive project execution, risk management, and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and contract administration

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
