Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Columbus, Ohio. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include creating project plans, managing timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication among team members and stakeholders. The role also involves tracking project performance, managing resources efficiently, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to monitor project performance and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Experience with collaborative leadership and cross-functional team management
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is preferred
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
