We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assessment through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences and profitable project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate mitigation teams, subcontractors, and temporary labor.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Prepare mitigation estimates using Cotality Estimate and Verisk Xactimate.
• Approve change orders, monitor job profitability, and ensure scope compliance.
• Conduct jobsite visits to assess quality, progress, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project records, including photos, measurements, equipment, and activities.
• Resolve project challenges proactively to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing restoration, reconstruction, or construction projects.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and estimating software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
