• esManage restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assessment to completio
• n.Coordinate internal mitigation teams and subcontractor temp labor schedules and task
• s.Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and documentatio
• n.Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and colleague
• s.Approve change orders, monitor job profitability, and ensure compliance with scop
• e.Maintain complete and accurate documentation with photos of all jobsite measurements, equipment and activitie
• s.Write Mitigation estimates in Cotality Estimate and Verisk Xactimat
• e.Conduct job site visits to assess progress, quality, and customer satisfaction leading to 5 star Google review
• s.Resolve issues proactively and professionally to keep projects moving and restore properties in a timely manne
• r.Ensure all work meets OSHA safety requirements and quality standard
