Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an enterprise Accounts Payable (AP) automation and modernization initiative leveraging the Ricoh platform. This effort focuses on enhancing invoice intake, validation, workflow automation, and supplier visibility across the enterprise. The role is highly integration-driven and requires close coordination across internal IT teams and third-party vendors in a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead project execution for a large-scale, enterprise AP modernization initiative
- Manage integration-heavy workstreams across SAP, APIs, middleware, and data platforms
- Coordinate efforts across internal technical teams including SAP, integration, data, security, and infrastructure
- Manage external vendors and system integrators delivering components of the solution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Own scope management, dependency tracking, and risk identification
- Provide financial oversight including budget tracking and vendor spend management
- Proactively identify issues and drive mitigation to protect delivery timelines
- Communicate project status and risks clearly to technical and business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
Experience & Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives
- Demonstrated experience delivering within SAP-centric ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
- Experience managing API-based integrations
- Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft
- Experience working with data platforms including Snowflake
- Strong background managing complex integrations and multi-vendor environments
- Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery risk
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in large, cross-functional enterprise IT environments
