Construction Project Manager 🚧

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well respected company in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage complex construction and utility projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full construction oversight from preconstruction through closeout
• Project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Estimating, cost development, budgeting, and financial tracking 💰
• Establish and manage critical path schedules and milestones
• Contract negotiation and administration
• Manage subcontracts, change orders, and vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
  
  

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of construction project management experience
• Experience supporting Transmission, Distribution, and Substation projects ⚡
• Residential or commercial construction experience strongly considered
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost controls
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• 50% travel expectation ✈️
