Location: Remote – North Miami to Palm Beach area(costs will be expensed) come in quarterly

Bill Rate: Market‐competitive (dependent on experience)

Must‐Have

• Healthcare project management experience supporting live clinical environments
• Experience working in an Athenahealth environment (support, operations, optimization)
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and workflows
• Proven ability to provide project oversight, coordination, and gap management
• Experience partnering with:
• Clinical teams
• Informatics
• IT
• External vendors
• Clinical informatics exposure
• Experience supporting post go‐live operations and maintenance

Day to Day

Our large healthcare client is seeking a Project Manager to provide oversight and coordination for clinical operations and informatics initiatives within a live Athenahealth environment. This role is not responsible for Athena implementations, but instead focuses on operational continuity, maintenance, optimization efforts, and ensuring no gaps exist across clinical systems, workflows, and stakeholders.

This PM will act as a central coordinator across clinical, informatics, IT, and vendor teams to support smooth day‐to‐day operations.
