Description
- Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
- Handle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders
- Assure all materials orders are executed
- Daily project paperwork
- Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
- Maintain work flow and strong relations with subs
- Maintain and organize field documents ( Drawings, specifications, etc )
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Partake and actively participate in company training sessions
- Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites
Profile
Degree in Construction Management or related degree
1+ year of General Contracting experience
Experienced in occupied space projects a plus
Strong written and verbal communication
Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
Job Offer

The Project Engineer will need:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
1-4 years of experience in commercial construction (internship or full-time with a General Contractor)
Exposure to ground-up commercial projects across one or more sectors
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Experience supporting RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Familiarity with scheduling concepts and assisting with project timelines and coordination
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
Effective communication skills in both field and office settings
Eagerness to learn and grow within project management and construction operations
Commitment to job site safety and adherence to company and OSHA standards
