What you will do
Role Overview:
The Project Development Associate is a high‑impact early‑career role at the center of utility‑scale renewable energy development, supporting wind, solar, and battery storage projects from early‑stage land acquisition through permitting and pre‑construction. This position builds on foundational development experience and involves increased responsibility for project execution, external engagement, and cross‑functional coordination. Associates work closely with senior development leaders while independently owning key workstreams across multiple projects. The role is well‑suited for candidates seeking to deepen their development expertise, expand leadership skills, and take meaningful ownership in advancing complex infrastructure projects.
