Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of homebuilding projects. Daily tasks will include applying for and pulling all new home building permits, coordinating schedules, tracking project progress, managing documentation, liaising with vendors and contractors, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining communication between teams to deliver high-quality results aligned with company standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and planning skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and vendors
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Experience in construction or homebuilding project coordination is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of budgeting, compliance, or project timelines is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field preferred
