Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of homebuilding projects. Daily tasks will include applying for and pulling all new home building permits, coordinating schedules, tracking project progress, managing documentation, liaising with vendors and contractors, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining communication between teams to deliver high-quality results aligned with company standards.
