We're looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic Telco transformation programs — owning end-to-end execution while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. If you've built governance from scratch, managed 200+ FTE distributed teams, and thrived at the intersection of business leadership and technology delivery.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale telecom transformation programs across multiple workstreams and vendor ecosystems
- Establish and drive program governance, PMO reporting, risk frameworks, and multi-vendor delivery models
- Act as the primary interface between business leaders, IT stakeholders, and vendor partners
- Own program financials: budgeting, forecasting, SLA governance, and contractual compliance
- Manage 200+ FTE across distributed onsite/offshore and shift-based delivery models
- Drive AI, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and margin
- Lead transitions, resource planning, hiring, coaching, and onboarding programs
- Ensure adherence to quality, enterprise architecture, and delivery standards.
What we're looking for
→ 14+ years in Program Management, IT Project delivery, 3+ years in leading large Telco programs
→ Deep OSS/BSS expertise and hands-on Telecom Operations experience
→ Proven track record managing multi-vendor delivery and complex large program governance
→ Strong SLA management, ITIL processes, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder skills
→ Scaled Agile / SAFe delivery and transition experience
→ Excellent communication, WSR/MSR reporting, and customer-facing presence
→ Demonstrated ability to drive AI/automation delivery and margin improvement
→ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
