About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and lead complex programs for one of our key accounts. This role requires an experienced professional with strong technical program management expertise and a proven track record of delivering successful projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex programs within the Technical Professional Services practice

• Implement and maintain program management processes and best practices

• Lead and coordinate program teams of anywhere from 5-30 members, including both on-shore and off-shore resources

• Monitor program budgets and track program metrics and KPIs

• Develop and maintain project plans based on KPI and deliverables

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate crossfunctional collaboration

• Drive business development initiatives through excellent delivery and client relationship management

• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and additional service offerings

• Ensure consistent client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships

• Own program scope, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engineering workstreams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for telecom programs with customer technical and leadership teams.

• Lead executive-level status reviews, steering committee meetings, and roadmap discussions.

• Proactively manage customer expectations, risks, and escalations.

• Build trusted advisor relationships with telecom clients and internal leadership.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in leading complex technical program

s• Experience in client-facing roles managing program delivery and stakeholder relationship

s• Proven track record of managing teams of 5-30 member

s• Strong technical background with experience in managing software development or data-focused project

s• Demonstrated experience in budget management and tracking program financial

s• Excellent contractual documentation management skill

s• Proficiency in implementing program management methodologies and best practice

s• Experience working with both on-shore and off-shore team

s• Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Airtable and/or other Project Management tool

s• Proven track record in business development and growing client account

s• Work out of Insight Global’s Dallas or Atlanta office 4 days a week

• 10+ years of experience in leading complex technical programs in telecom industr

y• Strong technical background with experience in managing network rollout or telecom software services project
