Position: PMO Analyst / Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst / Coordinator to support project delivery across multiple workstreams, including enterprise-level initiatives. This role is a key driver in ensuring project governance, tracking progress, and enabling seamless communication between cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the "pulse" of our projects—ensuring that enterprise transitions and system migrations stay on track and that leadership has the visibility needed to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Support end-to-end coordination and tracking across multiple financial and operational initiatives.
  • Planning & Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure accuracy and version control.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively track dependencies, risks, and issues; ensure timely follow-up and resolution with relevant owners.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare high-quality weekly and monthly PMO reporting for leadership and stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication between diverse teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Milestone Monitoring: Closely monitor project milestones and deliverables, escalating risks to management before they impact the critical path.
  • Transformation Support: Assist with enterprise transitions and high-stakes transformation projects, such as system migrations and process overhauls.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on PMO or project coordination experience is essential.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of project tracking, reporting, and formal governance frameworks.
  • Enterprise Exposure: Experience supporting multi-stream or enterprise-level projects is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Toolset: Proficiency with PMO tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, Celoxis, Wrike, or similar platforms.
  • Operations: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in an international setting.

Nice to Have

  • System Implementations: Direct experience with system implementations or migrations (e.g., ERP or accounting tools).
  • Financial Literacy: Understanding of financial office workflows and regulatory environments.
