- Production System Engineer (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) leading continuous improvement across multiple sites
- Drive Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and operational efficiency initiatives

The Position
- Serve as the primary Lean Six Sigma Black Belt driving continuous improvement across multiple sites
- Lead Kaizen events and facilitate value stream mapping to optimize workflows and eliminate waste
- Execute Black Belt-level projects focused on cost savings, efficiency, and performance improvement
- Coach and develop site teams and Green Belts on Lean methodologies and best practices
- Deliver training programs to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with site leadership to identify opportunities and implement operational improvements
- Validate savings, track KPIs, and ensure sustainability of results
- Drive standardization, best practices, and support site certification efforts
The Details
- $90k - $130k, full benefits, training and career growth
- 3+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, operations, or supply chain environments
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools (Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC) with ability to drive measurable results
