LHH is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for a Direct Hire, permanent position with a manufacturing client located in Indianapolis, IN. This is an opportunity lead second-shift manufacturing operations, overseeing daily production activities, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. This role leads the team on the floor, manages performance, and keeps work moving through the system efficiently. You’ll work closely with other departments to improve processes, boost productivity, and build a strong, team-focused environment within a growing company. Compensation will be based on experience, with total earnings ranging from $77,000 to $89,000 annually, including overtime.

Must-Have Requirement

s• 6–8 years of prior leadership experience in a manufacturing settin

g• Proven ability to lead effectively on second shif

t• Comfortable using hand scanners, Excel, and shop-floor system

s• Experience with ERP and/or WMS platform

s• Background managing teams of 10+ employee
