Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement, ensuring execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will own end-to-end program scheduling, content quality, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations to deliver high-impact customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs that require strong communication, organizational rigor, and the ability to influence.

This is role supporting product marketing, ideal candidate will come from a marketing background, plus if they have product marketing exp.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAI League program coordination (events, account teams, sales organization)
• Sales organization & partner enablement (webinar series, customer stories, demos, office hours)
• Analyst relations coordination (briefing materials for Gartner, etc.)
• Event session coordination (content quality, technical depth, message consistency)
• Basic Qualifications Project management skills and Organizational skill to work across teams
• Someone strong in excel
• Asana and experience with Ai tools
• Preferred Qualifications Stakeholder management
• Event coordination experience
