We are seeking a dynamic, detail-driven, and strategic Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing team in our Chicago office. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, this role plays a critical part in driving portfolio performance by optimizing pricing across new leases, renewals, and ancillary income streams. Leveraging advanced tools such as LRO, MRI, and other leading property management systems, you will translate data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue growth. This position offers a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with Property Management, Investments, Marketing, and Sales teams to shape innovative pricing strategies, enhance asset performance, and influence key business decisions. Please note: Our current onsite work schedule requires attendance from Monday through Thursday each week, with remote work permitted on Fridays.

Salary: $82,000 - $101,000 per year; in addition to base salary, a discretionary (10.5%) annual bonus is provided.
