We are working with a growing Personal Injury Firm looking to bring on Paralegal to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, with previous experience working for a personal injury firm.

Responsibilities:

• Heavy client contact and must manage competing demands
• Must be able to answer incomings calls, update the case management system, and simultaneously process tasks assigned, respond to emails etc.
• Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings
• Manage and maintain legal case files, including organizing documents, correspondence, and other relevant materials

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience
• Previous personal injury experience
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Proficient in data entry and computer literacy

The annual salary for this position is between 70k-100k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
