Role Description

This part-time on-site role is based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing product displays in retail environments, ensuring shelves are stocked and visually appealing, and assisting with resets or planogram updates. You will collaborate with store personnel to address customer inquiries and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Additionally, you will support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives aligned with client goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with store staff, clients, and customers.
  • Basic understanding of Retail operations and experience in Sales to support merchandising and product placement activities.
  • Knowledge or experience in Sales & Marketing to execute brand-focused initiatives and promotional strategies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate execution of merchandising plans.
  • Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate schedules that may include early mornings and occasional weekends are preferred.
