Job Description
The Direct Hire Division of Consilio LLC is partnering with a highly regarded law firm to identify a Litigation Paralegal for its Wilmington, Delaware office. This hybrid position requires three days per week in the office and offers the opportunity to support a sophisticated litigation practice in a collaborative and professional environment.
Required Experience
- Extensive e-filing experience
- Experience working with the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court, and Federal court
- Strong cite-checking and Bluebook citation skills
- Trial preparation and trial support experience
- Experience handling conflicts checks/conflicts management
Mandatory Qualifications
- Delaware legal experience (required)
- Familiarity with Delaware court procedures and filings
Workload Expectations
- Annual billable requirement: 1,600 billable hours
Salary: $88,000- $117,000 DOE
