We’re partnering with a top-tier global logistics organization ($3B+ revenue) launching a new U.S. operation supporting a major, globally recognized tech client. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level and play a key role in shaping a flagship site.

What you’ll do

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead daily warehouse operations while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.


  • Lead and develop teams across inbound, outbound, and inventory operations
  • Drive KPIs around productivity, accuracy, and service levels
  • Execute labor planning, scheduling, and staffing to meet volume demands
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and compliance standards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and on-site client stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure service excellence
  • Analyze performance data and implement process improvements
  • Support change management initiatives in a fast-evolving environment
  • Help establish scalable processes in a startup-style operation


Ideal Experience

  • 3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience (3PL highly preferred)
  • Proven track record of leading teams and improving performance
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with WMS systems (SAP or similar preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, build-as-you-go environment
  • Change management mindset - adaptable, proactive, and solutions-driven
