What you’ll do
As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead daily warehouse operations while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop teams across inbound, outbound, and inventory operations
- Drive KPIs around productivity, accuracy, and service levels
- Execute labor planning, scheduling, and staffing to meet volume demands
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and compliance standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams and on-site client stakeholders
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure service excellence
- Analyze performance data and implement process improvements
- Support change management initiatives in a fast-evolving environment
- Help establish scalable processes in a startup-style operation
Ideal Experience
- 3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience (3PL highly preferred)
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving performance
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with WMS systems (SAP or similar preferred)
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, build-as-you-go environment
- Change management mindset - adaptable, proactive, and solutions-driven
