Seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and professional Operations Manager to work closely alongside the CEO as a trusted partner. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can serve as both an internal operational leader and a polished client-facing representative of the company. The Operations Manager will help coordinate projects, manage priorities, improve organizational efficiency, and support key client and leadership initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is coachable, resourceful, and excited about developing alongside a growing organization. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Attend client meetings and serve as a professional representative of the brand.
- Coordinate projects across departments, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Track action items, follow up with team members, and drive accountability.
- Support client communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.
- Help organize and prioritize company initiatives to ensure efficient execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational effectiveness.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Facilitate communication between leadership, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support special projects and other business initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, account management, executive support, or a related role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable participating in client meetings and interacting with executives and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
