Key Responsibilities

• Support client communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.

• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
• Facilitate communication between leadership, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support special projects and other business initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, account management, executive support, or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable participating in client meetings and interacting with executives and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
