My client is seeking a Senior Finance Operations Manager to lead financial operations and reporting in the Miami office. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational controls experience and a proven ability to leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual bottlenecks.

This role includes leading and mentoring the operations team to ensure accurate, timely deliverables, overseeing complex servicer remittance reviews and reconciliations, and implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
