Urgent requirement for an Operations Manager to work at a rapidly expanding Medical Device startup!

The Operations Manager will be responsible for logistics, supply chain, forecasting, vendor management and inventory.

Operations Manager - Responsibilities:

• Owning end-to-end logistics (procurement → delivery → returns)
• Driving forecasting and supply planning
• Managing vendors and aggregation partners
• Identifying and solving operational issues quickly
• Building processes and documentation as the company scales
• Supporting QMS, CAPAs, and audit readiness

Operations Manager - Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a Medical Device Startup
• Strong logistics and forecasting experience
• QMS exposure
