The Operations Lead will support the business functions and daily operations of the Institute for the Developing Brain. The responsibilities for this position are heavily finance focused and include personnel allocations, business operations, budget generation, financial forecasting, space and safety management, faculty and program support, as well as the interpretation and application of Sponsor and Institutional policies and procedures. The position supports multiple large and complex research efforts conducted by faculty and staff within the Institute and Research Center. The individual works with scientific and administrative leadership in the development and implementation of strategic plans, budgets and processes improvement initiatives
