LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role based at one of our campus locations.
A well-run campus operates invisibly. When operations falter, the impact is felt by everyone. This position ensures that Alpha campuses function with reliability, safety, and precision—each day without exception.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking education systems. Our classrooms operate at speed. Our expectations are exacting. This demands campus operations that are structured, agile, and designed for scalability. This role is accountable for all non-instructional elements that enable students and Guides to excel.
In this position, you serve as the campus's operational foundation. You handle communication with parents and staff, manage safety and security protocols, maintain facility and logistical functions, and ensure technology operates dependably for everyone on site. You intervene when systems fail, identify potential problems early, and introduce orderly processes to fluid environments.
This is not a limited coordination position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited to someone who values responsibility, diversity of tasks, and execution. If you seek work where your actions directly influence student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this role provides genuine ownership and accountability.
