Mortgage Regional Manager-Retail Division
We’re looking for a high-performing Loan Officer who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production.
This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. Instead, this role is designed for a proven producer who wants to scale their impact by leading a team while staying focused on what they do best: originating and driving business.

Your Focus

• Managing day-to-day operations
• Cleaning up processing or fulfillment issues
