Outside Sales | Houston, TX (Remote-Based)

You're a closer. We have a territory.

We're hiring a Media Sales Consultant to own and grow a book of business across the Houston market. This is a true outside sales role. You'll prospect, pitch, close, and retain local business owners who need marketing that actually moves the needle.

Our product set spans direct mail and digital, and the businesses you're calling on can't get this kind of integrated reach anywhere else at this price point. That's your edge.

The Opportunity

• Base salary plus $15,000 in guaranteed commissions in year one
• Estimated first-year earnings: $70,000 to $75,000
• Uncapped commission after that, with real $100K+ potential as your territory matures

What You'll Own

• Prospecting and pipeline development across small and medium-sized local businesses
• Consultative selling that integrates direct mail and digital into one cohesive campaign strategy
• Long-term client relationships that drive renewals, upsells, and referrals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in outside or field sales, media experience a plus but not required
• Someone who knows how to get in the door, hold the room, and follow through
• Comfortable selling to business owners and decision-makers directly
• Motivated by commission, ownership, and momentum
