  • Oversee project profitability, cash flow, and cost‑to‑complete tracking.
  • Coordinate resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials) from kickoff to completion.
  • Lead strategic planning, RFIs, submittals, and the change order process.
  • Conduct monthly cost reviews with accurate cost forecasting.
  • Resolve design conflicts by collaborating with engineers, architects, and trade partners.
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering, improved methods, and timeline efficiencies.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, regulations, and company standards.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage subcontractor agreements.
  • Directly manage subcontractors and oversee PE/APM performance.
  • Support field leadership in coordinating CAD, fabrication, and field labor requirements.
  • Review and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage in identifying and pursuing upcoming work opportunities.
  • Deliver project updates, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain project documents, work orders, and technical files.
  • Utilize project management and scheduling software to track performance.
  • Prepare SWOT analyses for current and future projects.
  • Support training of estimating staff on technical project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of mechanical construction experience, or a combination of education and technical training.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office Suite, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with AutoBid, P6 Scheduling, and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge-HVAC, plumbing, fabrication, and field coordination.
  • Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced construction environment.
  • Proven leadership, dependability, and ability to supervise subcontractors and internal teams.

What's In It for You

  • Lead large, impactful mechanical projects across the region.
  • Work with a high‑performing team known for quality and technical excellence.
  • Competitive compensation and long‑term career progression.
  • Exposure to complex builds that enhance your portfolio and elevate your career.
