Title: Marketing Manager
Duration: 03 Months Contract to Hire
Location: Houston, TX 77042
Pay Rate: $50.00 - $55.00 hourly
DAY TO DAY:
Manage two external offline media agencies (one handling OTT/CTV/programmatic/radio/podcast, one handling non-Google display and direct product feeds) — hold them accountable, run twice-weekly check-ins, and be the internal point of contact driving direction
Both agencies require significant hand-holding and direction. This person needs to be the most knowledgeable person in the room when working with them, comfortable guiding them step by step rather than expecting them to operate independently
Monitor daily budget pacing across both agencies ($5M+ annually) — catch underspend/overspend, adjust with the agency, and escalate when reallocation is needed before month-end.
SKILLS NEEDED:
This person needs to have hands-on offline media experience in their current or most recent role
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
Offline attribution knowledge (brand lift studies, view-through attribution, matchback analysis — team is still building this out so not required but a strong differentiator)
