What’s a typical day as a Marketing Activation Manager? You’ll:

  • Operationalize campaign execution timelines, workflows, and asset delivery across multiple marketing channels
  • Provide day-to-day support to creative and account agencies
  • Manage content production calendars aligned with strategic roadmaps
  • Oversee asset routing, approvals, trafficking, and version control
  • Ensure proper asset tagging, organization, and governance standards
  • Coordinate brand partnership documentation, SOW tracking, and deliverables
  • Manage influencer programs and social content calendars
  • Support brand communications strategy and execution
  • Ensure governance compliance across all marketing activities
  • Assist with monthly budget tracking, reporting, and stewardship

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

  • Have 5–7 years of experience in marketing activation, content operations, or a related field
  • Possess strong organizational and project management skills
  • Have experience managing production timelines and multi-channel content delivery
  • Are comfortable working with agencies, creators, and cross-functional teams
  • Understand social media platforms, content systems, and digital asset management
  • Can manage budgets and ensure compliance with governance standards
  • Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnership programs
  • Familiarity with content production workflows and asset management tools
  • Background in high-volume or fast-paced marketing environments
