LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a real estate firm in Chicago who is expanding their team.
This is an associate level role best suited for candidates 1-2 years post-college. No visa sponsorship will be provided - must be local to Chicago area and able to work on-site up to 4 days.
Location: Downtown Chicago - near Metra and all forms of public transportation
Hybrid - 4 days in office
Salary: $50k-$60k base
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays
Will report to a Sr. Director assisting with the day-to-day tactical and administrative functions of a marketing leader.

- workflow management
- scheduling
- logistics
- graphic design (updating existing materials in InDesign and Photoshop)
This role will include some graphic design ability not working in Canva or AI tools - you must know how to use InDesign and Photoshop to edit images and update existing collateral materials for print and online purposes.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, communicative, proactive, team-centric and looking to grow and enhance their marketing experience.
You will be part of a small marketing team that is very collaborative and friendly!
