As the Manager, Supply Chain Engineering, you'll lead a highly visible team responsible for the technologies powering modern warehouse operations, automation platforms, integrations, fulfillment systems, and next-generation supply chain solutions. What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop engineering professionals and technical leads.
- Drive performance management, career development planning, and talent growth initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build team capabilities while developing future leaders.
Technology Strategy & Architecture
- Partner with senior leadership to align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews across supply chain, automation, integration, and data platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies, tools, and modernization strategies.
- Drive platform optimization, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
AI & Innovation
- Champion responsible adoption of AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, analytics, automation, support operations, and engineering effectiveness.
- Help shape enterprise strategies around AI governance, security, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Explore innovative approaches that improve speed, efficiency, and business outcomes.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee critical supply chain systems supporting fulfillment, inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
- Establish and monitor KPIs focused on system health, performance, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
- Lead incident resolution, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology modernization programs.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, technology investments, and platform roadmaps.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in technology, engineering, supply chain systems, or enterprise operations environments.
- 3+ years of people leadership and team management experience.
- Experience supporting supply chain technologies, warehouse systems, automation, integrations, APIs, data platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Strong background in solution architecture, systems design, modernization, and technical leadership.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, DevOps practices, enterprise integrations, and modern engineering methodologies.
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams.
- Passion for innovation, AI enablement, operational excellence, and team development.
