About the RoleAs a Manager, Product Manager, you will directly support our Brazil product, Simplic, operating with a startup mindset within a scaled fintech organization. You will own key areas of the product roadmap and collaborate across internal teams and external partners to shape the future of our near-prime consumer lending business.
This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, product intuition, and business ownership. You will work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Risk, and Marketing to define features, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver scalable solutions that create a competitive advantage for Enova. As you develop business cases and implement solutions, you will have a direct impact on product performance and customer outcomes.
You will also lead and mentor a small team of 1–2 Product Managers, setting a high bar for execution, technical fluency, and product thinking.

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
