Key Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end paralegal support in complex litigation matters, from inception through trial and post‑trial
• Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Coordinate all aspects of discovery, including document collection, review, production, and e‑discovery platforms
• Prepare deposition and trial materials (exhibits, witness binders, demonstratives, trial notebooks)
• Assist attorneys during trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations (including in‑court support when required)
• Manage case files, deadlines, and docketing in collaboration with attorneys
• Cite‑check and fact‑check briefs and legal filings
• Communicate with courts, clients, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law‑firm environment
• Prior complex litigation and trial support experience required
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and discovery
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
