Litigation Paralegal

Robert Half is partnering with a respected law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a busy litigation practice. This role combines legal support, case management, and administrative responsibilities in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, meetings, and court appearances.
• Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain case files and document management systems.
• Coordinate client communications and assist with case administration.
• Support court filings, document review, legal research, and litigation matters.
• Handle general administrative duties, including billing, filing, and office support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal or legal administrative experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Proficiency with legal technology and document management systems.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and highly dependable.
