NOW HIRING Immediate Start | Temporary Legal Practice Assistant
Atlanta, GA (Midtown)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively working with a midtown Atlanta law firm client that has an urgent need for a Corporate Legal Practice Assistant to step in immediately, as early as this week.
This role will support a busy corporate practice group, with some exposure to IP-related matters (helpful, not required).
Type: Full-time, W2 temporary contractor
Duration: roughly 6 weeks (with potential for extension)
Schedule: Fully onsite 37.5 hours/week (standard business hours)
Perk: Parking is covered
Compensation: $25-$30/hour DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendaring, scheduling, and attorney support
- Billing, time entry/review, and expense reimbursements
- Travel coordination and administrative support
- Document drafting, editing, and filing
- Supporting M&A due diligence, entity formations, UCC filings, and corporate governance tracking
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent experience supporting attorneys in a U.S. law firm environment
- Experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or similar
- Background in corporate, transactional, commercial real estate, or IP strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced law firm setting
- Tech savvy and experience with law firm practice management systems

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
