Position Summary
This position is based in Nashville, TN and is not remote. The Product Manager, B2B Operations, leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core TreadNet capabilities that support high-value B2B customer and operational experiences. This role translates customer and business needs into prioritized product investments and guides cross-functional teams through planning, development, release, adoption, and continuous improvement.
The Product Manager serves as the primary connection among business stakeholders, customers, Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations. The role owns the product backlog and is accountable for maximizing customer and business value, advancing product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and ensuring platform priorities align with broader portfolio objectives.
We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Full relocation assistance is being offered although a local candidate is preferred. The useable salary range for this position is in the $120,000 to $151,000 range plus 5 weeks of PTO annually and up to a 15% annual bonus based upon company performance.
Pay Range: $119,100.00 - $184,600.00
Responsibilities
- Own the TreadNet (Enterprise B2B e-commerce) Core product vision and roadmap, translating business strategy, customer needs, operational insights, and platform performance into measurable priorities and outcomes.
- Define and monitor product OKRs and success measures, including adoption, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, platform performance, and business value.
- Communicate the product vision, roadmap, priorities, investment needs, and resource requirements across the organization.
- Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, risk, technical dependencies, and available capacity.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear epics, features for product owners.
- Lead product preparation for Pre-PI and PI planning in partnership with business, architecture, engineering, QA, data, UX, and operations teams.
- Guide product delivery from discovery and solution design through development, testing, implementation, and post-release evaluation.
- Partner with Scrum Masters and delivery teams to support effective sprint and PI execution, monitor progress, and resolve risks, roadblocks, and cross-team dependencies.
- Lead product reviews and release demonstrations, evaluate completed functionality, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Lead platform governance and communicate product performance, completed objectives, upcoming priorities, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
- Serve as the primary Product liaison across business, customer, technology, sales, operations, and dependent product teams.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and facilitate cross-functional alignment, trade-off decisions, and escalations.
- Own internal and external release communications, including release notes, business impacts, timing, benefits, and required actions.
- Lead platform town halls, release briefings, and enablement sessions in partnership with Change Management, Training, Communications, and Support teams.
- Use customer feedback, analytics, operational data, support trends, and performance measures to identify and prioritize product improvements.
- Establish post-release monitoring and benefits-realization practices to evaluate outcomes and guide future investments.
- Coach Product Owners and advance product management, backlog, governance, and Agile practices across the portfolio.
- Experience with B2B commerce, dealer networks, fleet operations, order management, invoicing, or other order-to-cash capabilities.
- Experience with SAP Commerce, SAP ECC or S/4HANA, MuleSoft, AWS, enterprise data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, or Tableau.
- Experience working with third-party development, platform, or application-management vendors.
- Product management, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
- At least ten years of progressive experience in product delivery, application development, digital transformation, technology, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least five years of product management experience involving enterprise or customer-facing digital platforms.
- At least eight years of progressive experience in product delivery, application development, digital transformation, technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, multidisciplinary delivery teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in a scaled Agile delivery framework or Agile ways of working.
