We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Laboratory to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Manager, Laboratory at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Gather data from ongoing and past initiatives, projects, and legacy systems.
  • Evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of incoming data.
  • Analyze and reconcile discrepancies among datasets from various teams or systems.
  • Map collected data to GLAMS, identifying overlaps and gaps.
  • Conduct audits and spot checks to identify errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve data conflicts swiftly and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of data flows and sources, ensuring traceability.
  • Fill out data fields inside GLAMS, creating metadata for Tetra Sciences.
  • Clean data from different sources, ensuring uniform data formats and matching model numbers with vendor model numbers.
  • Prioritize asset management needs, focusing on approximately 10,000 assets in the labs.


Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in lab operations or lab-based roles using lab automation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, technical, or business discipline required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and reconcile diverse datasets.
  • Familiarity with enterprise asset management systems and integration processes.
  • Highly desirable: proven experience in data management, data governance, or data analytics within a complex organizational setting.
  • Suitable for scientists wanting to move into lab operations.
  • Some familiarity with capital lab instruments.
