Role Overview
This role owns the design, launch, and ongoing maturation of a globally scaled IT Peripheral Vending Program. You will lead program strategy, vendor operations, analytics, and cross-functional integration across IT, Workplace, Finance, and Procurement. You will drive the program from its current foundation stage deployments through full global scale by the end of 2027.
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role. You will define the operational model, make placement and inventory decisions backed by data, manage vendor-managed replenishment relationships, and integrate vending workflows with ITSM and ITAM platforms. The program operates as permanent IT infrastructure across all global offices

Analytics and Demand Plan

- erience7 or more years of program or project management experience in IT operations, IT asset management, supply chain, or a related
- field.Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or global hardware deployment programs from design through steady-state oper
- ations.Hands-on experience with vendor management including contract negotiation, SLA definition, and performance gove
- rnance.Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management in an operational c
- ontext.Ability to interpret operational data and translate analytics into inventory, placement, or replenishment dec
- isions.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across IT, Workplace, Finance, and Procurement stakeh
olders.

- perienceExperience managing automated vending, locker, or self-service hardware programs in an enterprise envi
- ronment.Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory models including consignment and pay-on-dispense str
- uctures.Experience with ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, or O
- omnitza.Working knowledge of SSO and identity platform integration in an enterprise context such as Okta or Azure Active Di
- rectory.Exposure to MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, SCCM, and familiarity with device health telemetry sensors and concepts like
- Tanium.Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for operational re
- porting.International program management experience including awareness of customs, import/export, and data privacy compliance such
as GDPR.
