Senior Analyst / Associate - M&A Advisory

We're representing a boutique M&A advisory and strategy consulting firm focused on the wealth management industry in their search to hire a Senior Analyst (or Associate‑level profile) to support transaction and strategic advisory engagements.

Role Overview

• Support sell-side M&A mandates, capital raises, and strategic consulting projects
• Build financial models, analyze client financials, and prepare client-facing materials
• Draft confidential information memoranda and transaction analyses
• Work directly with senior team members and clients throughout engagements

Ideal Background

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or transaction-focused consulting
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, high-accountability team
• Exposure to financial services or wealth management is a plus
