Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Omaha, NE for an Insurance Sales Representative. In this position, you will identify potential clients, present insurance products, and customize coverage solutions to meet individual and business needs. Responsibilities also include nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with the broader team to meet sales and service goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through selecting workplace benefit options and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales operations is preferred, but we will train.
  • Strong background in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
  • Effective Customer Service and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • State-required insurance licensing or ability to obtain it
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
