Position Overview: Inside Sales Team Manager:

On Site Personnel is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Team Manager to lead, coach, and develop our inside sales team while actively contributing to sales efforts. This role is responsible for managing daily sales activities, tracking team performance, refining marketing outreach strategies, and driving revenue growth through effective lead generation initiatives.


This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can motivate a team, and is highly strategic in building and improving lead generation efforts.


Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Team Manager:

  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives
  • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and expectations for the team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings
  • Monitor daily activity (calls, emails, outreach) and ensure productivity targets are met
  • Support team members in improving outreach effectiveness and engagement
  • Sales Performance & Tracking
  • Track and report on team performance, pipeline progress, and conversion rates
  • Maintain and improve CRM data accuracy and reporting
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales results
  • Implement strategies to increase lead conversion and client acquisition


Marketing & Outreach Strategy: Inside Sales Team Manager:

  • Review, refine, and update marketing content including email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and sales scripts
  • Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with target industries (warehouse, logistics, food production, etc.)
  • Test and optimize outreach strategies to improve response rates and engagement
  • Lead Generation Strategy
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies across multiple channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person marketing efforts)
  • Identify new target markets, industries, and client segments
  • Guide the team on best practices for prospecting and building strong pipelines
  • Continuously improve lead quality and volume through strategic initiatives
  • Hands-On Sales Support
  • Actively perform inside sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Generate new business opportunities and schedule client meetings
  • Support the team in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline


Qualifications: Inside Sales Team Manager:

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience (staffing industry experience preferred)
  • 1+ year of leadership or team management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Experience with ZoomInfo and Zoho CRM is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment


Compensation & Benefits: Inside Sales Team Manager:

  • Hourly Pay: $28–$35/hour (based on experience)
