Insight Global is hiring an HR Manager for one of our non-profit clients. This individual will serve as the sole HR representative for the organization and will be responsible for managing all human resources functions end-to-end. This role will work closely with leadership and administrative staff to support daily operations and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation processes
• Administer employee benefits and serve as the point of contact for benefits questions
• Handle employee relations issues and staff grievances
• Maintain HRIS records within BambooHR
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience with HR operations
• Hands-on experience using BambooHR
• Strong knowledge of: ○ Employee onboarding and offboarding
○ Benefits administration ○ Employee relations and staff grievances
○ HR compliance and confidential recordkeeping
• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check
• Excellent discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Compensation: Ranges from $75,,000 - $80,000 a year annual salary. Bonus opportunities are available. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
