Job Description

Human Resources Manager



LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager with a proven track record. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, strategic HR leadership, and a deep understanding of people strategy, compliance, and workforce development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional ready to increase their experience implementing strategic people initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Head of HR supporting all HR functions, with a focus people strategy in support of business goals.
  • Advise senior management on all people functions including development, performance management, succession planning, etc.
  • Support junior HR professionals, providing leadership, training, and development to foster a high-performing team.
  • Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR programs and services align with company needs, goals, and values.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Monitor HR metrics and trends, preparing reports and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and success.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll, and other HR technologies.
  • Certification from SHRM or a related professional organization is a plus.



Salary: Starting at $90,000 based on experience
